• Grew revenue by 300% from $1.7 million in 1999 to more than $5million in 2006 with a series of business development initiatives that expanded and opened new doors of opportunity.

• Introduced process improvements that maximized per unit installation profits by decreasing production costs by 20%, slashing required labor and reducing workforce while still increasing production.
