Todd Feldhaus

Field Superintendent / Field Construction Manager

Todd is responsible for all field operation of TMI Electrical Contractors. He is responsible for mix of commercial, institutional and government projects including offices; tenant fit-outs; renovations; new construction; universities; high schools, etc.

Todd handles site coordination; scheduling of materials; budgets; some estimating; cost codes; time and material projects; plan & spec and design build projects. The best way to identify his role is a soup to nuts, cradle to grave manager. Very computer literate and experienced with computer estimating software and job cost tracking are his core skills.

Todd is a CEATC Graduate and holds various licenses ranging from an Ohio Unlimited Masters, journeyman, Ohio Fire Alarm License, Ohio and Kentucky State Contractors licenses.

Todd’s passion for perfection has become a mainstay of TMI Electrical Contractors. light by light, wire by wire, business’s throughout Cincinnati are being hand-fitted with quality lighting fixtures, lighting control systems, Fire Alarm systems and electrical services by skilled craftsmen lead by Todd.
